Honors TAP Committee
The Committee is responsible for reviewing honors proposals, and supporting the ongoing development, quality, and success of the program. Rooted in collaboration and collegiality, the committee works collectively to cultivate a strong honors community that values academic excellence, innovation, and student success. Committee members are often highly engaged, hands-on faculty who actively invest in the higher learning, intellectual growth, and transfer success of honors students through mentorship, enriched academic opportunities, and meaningful faculty-student engagement. Furthermore, the Honors TAP Committee disseminates information about the honors program to their divisions, assists in planning and facilitating honors faculty professional development opportunities, Honors Convocation, and other honors program-related events.
