People, Culture and Talent (HR): Adjunct Faculty Positions

Active adjunct instructor position opportunities are listed below and applications are currently being accepted through the status date noted.  Active pools will be created for future use.

Interested applicants MUST provide ALL of the following documents to the Office of People, Culture and Talent (HR) in order for the application package to be considered "complete."  If any of the listed materials are missing or incomplete, the application will not be considered.

• A completed and signed Antelope Valley College Adjunct Faculty Application through Neoed. Please do not state "See Résumé" on any part of the application.  Blank spaces or illegible entries may be cause for rejection of the application. The District will not return application materials submitted.
• A personal résumé.
• Two current signed and dated letters of recommendation from individuals having knowledge of your professional experience.
• Transcripts from ALL college work, to include showing degree conferred dates, from an accredited institution. 
  • Unofficial transcripts or photocopies will be accepted to establish the application file.
  • Official transcripts will be required if the candidate is offered the position.
  • Any degree from a country other than the U.S., including Great Britain and Canada, applicant must have it evaluated by a professional evaluation service.
• For those disciplines with established Academic Senate’s approved equivalency; complete the Supplemental Equivalency Request form.
  • If applicant is applying based on an equivalency and is requesting review, please attach the following form: Supplemental Equivalency Request Form.
